Right of Withdrawal for Print on Demand Merchandising (POD)

All products are printed and produced on demand. This means that each item is uniquely made specifically for you once your order is confirmed.

As each product is custom-made, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted, except in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Print on Demand Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed and produced within a standard timeframe after confirmation. Production times may vary based on order volume and seasonality.
Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. Also, note that this is a print on demand service.

Print on Demand Possible Products Variations

Due to the nature of digital printing, slight variations in color, placement, and sizing may occur. These are normal and not considered defects.

All designs, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Alang7™ Webshop and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

Right of Withdrawal for Digital Products

In compliance with European Union regulations regarding digital content, the right of withdrawal is valid for up to 14 days. However, this right expires once the product has been downloaded. By completing a purchase and downloading the content, you expressly waive the right of withdrawal. Please note: you are purchasing digital content for a video game, not a physical product.

Digital Products Information & Support

Customers are strongly encouraged to carefully review product descriptions prior to purchase. For additional information, please contact us directly. Before initiating a PayPal dispute, contact us for assistance — we offer full support and are available daily.

Digital Products Downloads Limitations

Each digital product download could get limited to five (5) downloads. Upon reaching this limit, future downloads may be restricted. Customers may request a reset provided the download link has not been shared or distributed. Sharing, trading, leaking, or unauthorized redistribution of products will permanently forfeit the right to future downloads or support.

Digital Products Compatibility

The digital products (MODS) are developed specifically for Euro Truck Simulator 2 on the Windows platform using DirectX 11. Compatibility on OpenGL or non-Windows systems is not guaranteed. May ask before the purchase.

Digital Products Scope

The purchase entitles the customer to the product as shown in the demonstration videos. Some visual elements in the videos may belong to separate mods. Please inquire if uncertain.

Breach of Terms for Digital Products

Violation of these Terms — including unauthorized sharing, trading, or reselling, will result in permanent loss of access to purchased products and updates.

Digital Products Usage Rules

You may not share, trade, resell, or gift purchased products.

Purchases must be made for personal use only; group buying is prohibited.

Modification of encrypted main files (.PMD, .PMG) is not allowed; only skins and specific definitions files may be altered.

Misrepresentation of the purchased content as your own work is forbidden.

Violations will result in suspension from updates and future purchases.

Digital Products Updates

Updates are available via the customer's Sellfy account under "My Purchases."
Alternatively, customers can access updates via the original purchase receipt email.

If you encounter difficulties, contact us via email or our official Facebook page. Please provide your Sellfy email, PayPal email, and PayPal name for verification.

Please note: Each product purchased is developed for a specific game version. While future updates, if available, will always be provided free of charge, your purchase strictly pertains to the product as compatible with the game version specified at the time of sale.
In some instances, due to game updates or technical limitations, certain products may no longer be eligible for further updates.

Digital Products Installation Instructions

Extract all .RAR files included with your purchase. Enable all associated .SCS files, including optional ones, in the game’s mod manager. We recommend using the latest version of WinRAR for extraction.
