1. Will your mods be updated forever?
This is something that I can't guarantee, depends which changes the game patches will do, but till now, all the mods have been updated regularly.
2. Will your updates be for free?
YES. All my updates will be always for free. You don't have to buy again anything.
3. How I can download my updates?

4. I can't download anymore from the shop due to restriction. Why?
This happens only in certain situations. First one is because you downloaded the products too many times, and the shop automatically adds restrictions to your order. The second one could be because you did a claim against the shop, and the order gets blocked. The tirth one is because I banned you. I don't random ban people, if I do, it's because I seen you trading on some chat groups, or simply because you traded something with some of my friends that helps me to find out the thiefs.
5. I got banned because I traded, shares, are-sold, or leaked the products. Can I get unbanned?
No. Before doing something bad, double think about it. I think no worth getting banned. Every thief sooner or later will be find, and will get a proper ban, so, once again, double think before doing this bad action.
6. Do your mods works with thirdy-party mods?
Depends. Most of my mods edits the main truck/interior models in order to add the extra tuning slots. If your thirdy-party mods edits this files aswell, then the answer is no. They won't work.
7. Do you make mods for request?
Unfortunately no. I don't do it, simply because I get too many request, and I can't stay behind all that.
8. My game lags with the Tuning Packs and their lights turned on. Why?
That's a cool question. Unfortunately since the 1.40, the light system have been changed, and seems to be heavier than the previous one. However, I have made a Flarepack with 3 presets. You can find more informations about it here: https://alang7.sellfy.store/p/flarepack-for-tuning-packs-10/
9. Your mods works with CONVOY modality of ETS2?
Yes, they works. From 1.45+ you have in game the convoy mod optional. This means that you can join every session with my mods enabled without any problem. Of course, who plays with you won't see your modded truck until he have the same mods. If you want some additional infos just contact me and I will tell you whatever you need.
10. Can I make a group to buy your mods, or I can share mods to play CONVOY modality?
No. If you will do it, you will get banned, and you will lose the possibility to download the future updates of the products.

12. What kind of programs do you use to create your mods?
I use Autodesk 3DS Max, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Zmodeler3, Notepad++, and HxD Editor.
13. Do you make tutorials, or you can teach me about modding?
I would, but I can't. If I help you, I must help everyone who ask.. and believe me, too many people ask me about it. I simply don't have much time for it.
14. Do you edit thirdy-party mods, or add compatibility with your mods?
I don't do it. First of all, I don't edit thirdy-party mods because I don't like to re-work other people's mods, it's unfair. Second one, I can't guarantee for them the correctly function of the mod itself.
15. I made a wrong purchase or I don't like what I have bought. Can I get my money back?
Depends. If you haven't yet downloaded the product yes. If you have downloaded it already, then you can't get your money back. Always be careful, and if you are not sure, ask me first before buying something. You should also watch the videos before buying something. 16. Is possible to have a discount?
Yes, it is. I apply discount on more than one articles. The discount can't be applied if the articles are already as bundle. Contact me anyway to have more informations about it.
17. Your mods are compatible with weak PC?
My mods are not high poly, however, if your PC is too weak, maybe just don't buy them.
18. I have bought one article twice. Can we find a deal?
Sure! Contact me in private, and once I verify the order, I will send you another article in exchange of the duplicated one.
19. Do your mods supports Linux/MacOS?
I don't know to be honest. My mods are made under Windows platform with DirectX 11, so I can't guarantee the properly work.
20. Do you have other shop rather than Sellfy?
No, I sell my articles only here. Don't trust other "seller" that promise to sell you my stuff. If you find some of them, you can report them directly to me in private.
21. Do you accept other payments method?
Unfortunately no. I accept only PayPal payments.
