1. Will your mods be updated forever?
While I strive to keep all my mods updated regularly, I cannot guarantee support indefinitely. Updates depend on how significantly the base game changes with each patch. However, to date, all my mods have been updated consistently.
2. Are mod updates free?
Yes. All updates for the mods you've purchased are completely free. You do not need to repurchase anything.

4. I can’t download from the shop anymore. Why?
This typically happens for one of the following reasons:
You’ve exceeded the download limit, and the system auto-restricts your order.
You’ve opened a dispute or claim against the shop, which locks access.
You’ve been banned due to unauthorized sharing, trading, or selling of my mods. I take piracy seriously and only issue bans after clear evidence is found.
5. I was banned for trading, reselling, or leaking your mods. Can I get unbanned?
No. Please consider the consequences before taking such actions. Every violator is eventually identified and permanently banned. Once banned, access to downloads and updates is revoked.
6. Are your mods compatible with third-party mods?
It depends. Most of my mods modify core truck or interior models to add custom tuning slots. If a third-party mod edits the same files, they may conflict and won’t work properly together.
7. Do you accept custom mod requests?
Unfortunately, no. Due to the high volume of requests, I’m unable to accept commissions or custom work.
8. Why does my game lag with the Tuning Packs when lights are on?
Since game version 1.40, the lighting system has become more demanding on performance. I’ve created a Flarepack with 3 presets to help manage performance. Learn more here:
9. Are your mods compatible with ETS2’s Convoy mode?
Yes. From version 1.45+, Convoy mode supports optional mods. You can join sessions with my mods enabled. However, other players won’t see your modded truck unless they also have the same mods installed.
10. Can I share mods with friends for Convoy mode or group buys?
No. Sharing or group purchases are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in a permanent ban and loss of update access.
11. What software do you use to create your mods?
I use the following tools:

12. Do you create modding tutorials or offer lessons?
I’d love to help, but unfortunately I can’t. Too many people request help and I simply don’t have the time to assist everyone individually.
13. Do you edit third-party mods or add compatibility?
No. I don’t work on third-party mods out of respect for their creators. I also can’t ensure compatibility or functionality with mods I haven’t developed myself.
14. I made a wrong purchase or I’m not satisfied. Can I get a refund?
It depends:
If you have not downloaded the product, a refund may be possible.
If you have downloaded it, then no refund will be issued.

16. Are your mods suitable for low-end PCs?
While my mods are optimized and not high-poly, they may not perform well on very weak systems. If your PC struggles with mods in general, it may be best to avoid them.
17. I accidentally purchased the same item twice. Can you help?
Yes, of course! Please contact me privately. After verifying your order, I’ll offer you another mod in exchange for the duplicate.
18. Are your mods compatible with Linux or macOS?
My mods are developed and tested on Windows with DirectX 11. Compatibility with Linux or macOS is not guaranteed, and support is limited for these platforms.
19. Do you sell your mods on other platforms?
No. I sell exclusively on Sellfy. Do not trust third-party resellers. They are unauthorized. If you encounter someone reselling my work, please report them to me.
20. Do you accept payment methods other than PayPal?
Yes. I accept PayPal, Stripe, and Credit Cards.
